A wide variety of elective classes are offered throughout the year on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m.. A comprehensive array of classes will be offered quarterly as our facilities are expanded and more classroom space becomes available.

Classes offered on a quarterly basis include courses focusing on Books of the Bible, Bible Overview Studies, Christian Living classes (marriage, parenting, finances, etc), Contemporary Issues, Church History, and Theology.

“The Case for Kids/Youth”
Starting Sep 28, 2008 in Rm 117B (Worship Ctr)

This video class offers a simple approach to biblical parenting. Beginning with what a family is and concluding with ways to help our children and youth see God's glory, this material deals with the command to train children/youth in the way they should go. The issues of heart that motivate children/youth from infancy to adulthood ... understanding authority ... explaining the principles of actions and consequences ... and belief in Jesus Christ are all covered in this class.

“What the Bible Says About Angels”
Starting September 28, 2008 in Upper Room A

There is a wealth of information in the Bible concerning angels. They are mentioned 108 times in the Old Testament and 165 times in the New Testament. This study reveals ungrounded notions about angels and replaces them with truth from the biblical record. So be prepared to find out some truly amazing things about these heavenly beings.

“Managing Finances God's Way”
Starting September 28, 2008 in Upper Room B/C

Co-developed with Rick Warren and Crown Resources, this new eight-week video small group study provides a new option for studying biblical financial management in a more focused way. It's never too late to get it right or get on the right track to financial practices that are pleasing to God and bring peace of mind and spirit to you about your present and future financial health.

“Wounded by Shame, Healed by Grace”
Starting September 28, 2008 in Upper Room D

The purpose of this twelve-week in-depth course is to lead you to a healthier understanding of God, yourself, and your relationsips with your spouse, family, and friends. The principles presented are Bible based truths designed to set us free from some of the unhealthy cycles in our marriage and family dynamics, while creating a graceful couple/family support system.

“Exploring Church Membership”

Taught by Don Harris, this class, offered twice a year, focuses on:

• Gaining a deeper understanding of the basics
  of our Christian faith
• Learning more about our Trinity Church Family
• Learning how to become a member, should
  the Holy Spirit so lead
• Making some new friends and connecting with
  other new attendees and long-time members
