The Measure of a Man:
Bible Study on I Timothy and Titus

When:   Thursdays beginning September 18, 2008
            6:45-8:30 p.m.
Where: Trinity Upper Room

Meeting this fall in the Upper Room this men's study is written by one of our generation's great Christian authors, Dr. Gene Getz, who uses the concepts from one of the greatest authors of all time ... the great Apostle Paul. Gene, via video, presents Paul's maturity profile for men in I Timothy and Titus by outlining traits of a Godly man. He does this in such a personal and motivational way that men are provided a safe and encouraging environment to share their journey with other supportive men. Our time together will also include small group discussion, worship, and prayer. It's a perfect opportunity to invite a friend who needs to grow into His likeness.

Sessions include:
     A Man Above Reproach
     Loving What is Good
     Letters from Dad
     A Generous Man
     A Fair Minded Man
     A Disciplined Man
     Managing Your Household
     Sharing Your Wisdom
     A Man of Moral Purity
     Overcoming Anger

This is also a great opportunity for men to strengthen their role of spiritual leadership in the home by encouraging their wives to attend the Sister-to-Sister companion study and study God's Word together.

A light dinner will be provided each week at 6:30 p.m. Each session will meet from 6:45-8:30 p.m. and will not require outside preparation. Registration begins August 24th (cost: $15) on the Plaza. Or, contact Don through Gail Einkauf.
