"Don't worry about anything: instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, NLT)
Pray for Mike & Heather Eastwood as they travel to the Pacific Area for BAM (Business as Missions), February 7 - March 31, 2010. The purpose of BAM is to accelerate the work of Christ through income generating enterprises. The Eastwoods will be working in New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Australia, and The Solomon Islands
Pray for Stephen & Kathryn Borba who are working for Asian Access as Church Planting Associates in Japan.
Pray for relief efforts in Haiti. Look also on our Links page (available through the Community menu item at the top of the page) for some Christian relief agencies working in Haiti. You can support those groups through prayer and donations.
"Then all the believers were united as they lifted their voices in prayer" (Acts 4:24a)
The Prayer Chain Ministry has a twofold vision.
Every Christian church has people who are hurting deeply. Their hurt comes from wounds including strife in marriage, divorce and other broken relationships, death of a spouse or child, sickness and disease, concerns with parenting or aging parents, and many more. Christian believers find it comforting to know that they have an invitation from God personally to come boldly before the throne of grace and find help and mercy in times of need. The Prayer Chain Ministry desires to reach out to hurting people and lead them to the throne of grace where God will unleash his power upon their circumstances.
Prayer Chains include the following:
Please contact the church office at 559·433·0584, if you have a prayer need, or you would like more information about joining this ministry. We welcome all who have placed their trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and who regularly attend Trinity, to join us in this ministry.
"For where two or three gather together because they are mine, I am there among them." (Matthew 18:20)
Sunday mornings at the end of each service, pairs of loving and spiritually mature prayer warriors are available at the sides of the sanctuary to privately pray with worshipers. Contact person, Don Harris.
"And now, O Lord … give your servants great boldness in their preaching. Send your healing power; may miraculous signs and wonders be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus. After this prayer, the building where they were meeting shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. And they preached God's message with boldness." (Acts 4:29-31)
A wonderful way to start off your worship experience on Sunday morning with a Saturday evening gathering with Pastor Chuck in the Sanctuary for exactly one hour from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and/or Sunday morning in the Prayer Room from 8:15-8:40 a.m. to pray for all the ministries, all those who will be serving, and all those who will be attending our church on Sunday morning.
No need to contact us ahead of time, we love those who drop in to join us in a time of powerful intercessory prayer.
"Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all he has done" (Philippians 4:6)
Usually prior to Thanksgiving and Palm Sunday, we join together in small groups in the sanctuary for segments of time from 30 to 60 minutes to lift up in prayer hundreds of prayer requests submitted by our church family. The immediate and future blessings from this intimate yet powerful time of prayer have been a great source of encouragement for many. Contact person, Tricia Sanger.
